As we enter the second week of our new hybrid model, with remote and face to face students integrated into the same classrooms, I want to share with you some information on privacy and the collection of students’ personal information as it relates to delivering educational services in this hybrid format. Please be assured that the York Catholic District School Board recognizes its obligation to protect all rights of privacy with respect to personal information and will manage that information in a manner that respects the privacy of the individual and is in keeping with Board policies and related legislation.
