FEAST DAY: September 3 – St. Gregory the Great

St. Gregory the Great, Pope of Rome, dedicated his life to serving the poor and strengthening the Church while spreading Christianity across Europe. He led with wisdom and humility, becoming a model of compassion and love in action. After his death in 604, he was quickly canonized and is now honored as the patron saint of students, teachers, and musicians.

eTwinning Collaboration with Italy

This school year, St. Gregory the Great Academy in Vaughan brought the world into the classroom through the innovative eTwinning Program, or Gemellaggio, as it’s known in Italian. As part of this international collaboration, students connected virtually with partner schools in Italy, engaging in rich, cross-cultural learning experiences that nurtured both academic growth and personal discovery.
